The Enclaves of Cherry Hills association includes access to our neighborhood pool. The pool is opening from Memorial Day week to Labor Day weekend each year. One large swimming pool and a small ‘baby pool’ are available for our residents to enjoy with plenty of seating, sun bathing chairs, and bathrooms. Monitors – The monitor will also enforce pool rules, clean the bathrooms and other areas, and test / clean the water. This means no lifeguard will be on duty and every person will be swimming at their own risks swimming at their own risk.
SwimTest for Children 10-15 – County guidelines require every child under 16 to be accompanied by a parent or member 18 years of age or older. However, we have created a ‘Swim Test’ that if passed will allow children 10-15 to enter and swim without an adult. Again, please know they are swimming at their own risk.
Pool Capacity – the pool’s capacity is restricted to 100 individuals. Our pool monitor will be charged with keeping the count and ensuring our bather load is compliant. We will have a first-come, first-serve policy and if we exceed capacity, residents will be asked to wait or come back at a later time
Pool Hours – he trustees reviewed pool usage and have slightly changed the pool hours for 2021. This was done to reduce expenses and ensure the pool budget was in line with expectations. The hours are: Sunday – Thursday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Friday and Saturday 10:00 PM – 9:00 PM
After Hours Pool Rental – The pool may be ‘rented’ Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 – 10:00 PM for parties or other events. Relaxed guest rules will apply with a maximum capacity of 20 residents / guests. The cost to rent the pool is $25.00
