Q: Why do I need to submit an AR for work in my house:
A: Per your indentures, any work outside of the house needs to be submitted for review and approval. It is advisable that you call DNI for guidance on what improvement requires an architectural request. The usual main requests are for swimming pools, decks, roofs, driveways, windows, gazebos, changing the front appearance of the structure of the house, etc.

Q: Why did a get a late fee when I sent my payment on time?

A: When assessments are not received on the due date, the system will issue a late fee. The post office delays need to be taken into account when mailing your assessment check. You can avoid the risk of being late if you make your assessment payment thru the DNI website

Q: The tree(s) behind my house is dead. Who removes it?
A: If the tree is in common ground, the Association will remove it. If the tree is in your lot, it is the responsibility of
the owner to remove it. A call to DNI can give you some references on tree companies.

Q: The neighbors dogs bark constantly. Who do I call?
Everyone loves a dog, but it is very unpleasant for the humans and the dog, to hear them bark for long periods of time.  Speak with your neighbor and explain that their dog is causing a noise disturbance – they may not be aware of their dog’s behavior.
